Nectarines along with peaches, cherries, plums, and apricots are stone fruits. They are called “stone fruit” because of the hard pits surrounding their seeds. This nectarine is very attractive with 80% red blush and a little yellow on the remainder. A medium sized nectarine that is quite firm, not fibrous and is medium to high sweetness.
