How To Order
Step 1: Read the information below to learn more about the trees and the ordering process.
Step 2: Provide your information so that we can reach out to you about your order and register your trees in London's Million Tree Challenge (MTC).
Step 3: Select your tree(s)! You can click on the name or thumbnail of each tree to learn more about them. If you are getting two different trees fill in each selection box with the quantity (QTY) set to 1, if you are getting two of the same tree fill in one selection box with the QTY set to 2.
Step 4: Select a pick-up time. Please only select a time that you are available, and be sure to come at your designated time.
Step 5: Submit your order. If you would like to make a donation you can do so on the submission page. Donations are not required but are gratefully accepted to help plant more trees in London neighbourhoods.
Step 6: Look out for your confirmation email. Check your promotions tab or spam just in case!
Additional Information
This spring, all London residents are eligible for our Tree Giveaway.
Trees will range from 50-150 cm (1.5-5 ft) in height at the time of pick-up. They fit in most cars. Each tree page has more information about the current height and mature height.
All trees are free to London residents to plant in their yards, but we encourage and appreciate your donations. Every donation helps us pay it forward and continue to plant trees in parks, schoolyards, and neighbourhoods across London.
Each household is allowed up to 2 trees.
Pickup Details
- Pickup will be at the Westminster Ponds Centre at 944 Western Counties Road at your selected pick-up time
- You will receive a reminder email a day or two before your pickup that will provide pickup instructions and confirm your pickup time and order details.
- Please come at your assigned pickup time. You can come anytime during the 25-minute time slot you select.
- Delivery is not available.

These trees are only for residential planting on your own property. If you are a tenant please seek permission from your landlord prior to ordering or planting.
Call Before You Dig!
It's the law! Go to Ontario One Call (ontarioonecall.ca or +1 800-400-2255) to request a free infrastructure locate prior to planting your tree. You must do this at least 5 days before you plan to plant your tree.
